Confessions of an Aspiring Entrepreneur

This is about resolution. Here’s my downright feelings about life as it stands now, I will not write a blog unless I’ve worked on my campaigns sufficiently. They have been suffering. Albeit, both, building my business and working inside WA are my passion and needs. WA is my business. I have great passion for it and believe working in here will eventually pay off for me, albeit, I’m not limiting myself to this… GoPro is my other chosen campaign. I have many others but focusing on these two now. Here’s my story…

Importance of Balance

These are the things that need to be balanced out in my life… I am putting them here because I hope they help others think about their own lives and how life is a balancing act in order to successfully walk the line…

  1. Personal life
  2. Take care of liabilities
  3. Spiritual life
  4. Make sure my campaigns get love every day
  5. Be an active member

    6. Build my network

Personal Life

One of the things I fail to do is take a break from life! This means taking walks, getting away from the computer, just sitting down and removing all thoughts from my mind for about 20 minutes. Not as easy as it sounds! This is very important. We need to charge our batteries by getting proper rest, exercise and entertainment. Not too little and not too much on any of these things.

Take Care of Liabilities

This is an area where I’ve had a lot of issues! I’m very behind in my liabilities and I’m not one to depend on government resources. Admittedly I have one thing that needs resolving. Won’t elaborate, but keeping up with our obligations is a way to clear the mind and be free from anxiety. Chronically, I have issues and they need to be nipped at the bud. Balancing all these things out, I believe would set everything in proper order.

Spiritual Life

This isn’t forcing God on anyone, but all of us need to stop and contemplate our existence. Many of us are too busy to do that. This gives real meaning to life and helps set your purpose. Some folks don’t believe in God, but one thing is for sure, almost everybody, probably everybody had a need to contemplate why they are here.

Work on Campaigns Daily

This is where I have been going wrong. I have been losing it in the way of persistently giving time to my campaigns every single day (Sundays included for me.) I believe this comes from not balancing things out the way they should be. I’ve very disorganized right now. (Sound familiar to you?) The only way to get into the habit is to start taking action. I have had spurts and I have had slumps. It is time to level this out and make it an even keel every day.

Be Active in Wealthy Affiliate

I have a LOT of passion for WA. I have never seen anything like this in my life! It really impresses me and I am very fascinated with it so much I would like to make WA my business (or one of them.) It is an extremely healthy environment, even at the size it is, and most anyone can achieve in here! I have not because I have been neglecting certain things. Coaching and critique have both been given to me. Yes, I blog about these things as some critique me for, but the blogging here does wonders for me, even if it doesn’t seem evident…

  • Gives me practice in my writing and reaching out in a safe place
  • Give me content and ideas that I can put in my own campaigns. This one can be broken down! Anything that I put in these blogs either came from something I did in my campaigns or will be used therein, so this is how I justify blogging in here. I will use this very blog in my WA campaign. It has about eight articles in it!
  • Give me opportunity to talk to the community that I love.
  • Helps me find what people need and want. Believe it or not, I have learned things from doing this!
    I have always kept a Journal. Much of my journal-keeping is done right here and transferred to my Journal.

Build My Network

One of the things I have learned from blogging in here is that I can build a network doing it. There are definitely things that come in the good from my doing this. I’m beginning to do it outside too. The practice and experience has helped me learn about myself and of people in general. So, now that I’ve briefly covered these things, here’s my conclusion…

Conclusion:

I will continue to do my blogs, put out trainings, talk in here and learn how to effectively be someone that serves and helps. If I can achieve that in here, I can also outside. However, I will be sure to put needed effort into two of my most important campaigns, GoPro and WA (three websites, each of which come at this from a different angle.) I will get the rest I need, take time off when I need it or not, get my outside work done, fix the neglected issues and make my all-around environment business-ready. Because it’s not right now. Getting this act together, I feel, will get rid of the anxiety and hardship in my life. I have been working on this for two weeks since I wrote about being on here too much. In this case, it can’t be all and it can’t be none. There is a happy medium. That’s called “Balance!”
